Fetal development models on display

Medical fetal development models were displayed during a coffee social at Blessed Sacrament Church in Hibbing after one of the Hibbing Deanery Novena of Masses. The models were purchased for the parish Youth for Life Club through a grant from the Human Life and Development Fund of the Diocese of Duluth.

Novena of Masses

At one of the Hibbing Deanery Novena of Masses for Life, Father Seth Gogolin, pastor of St. Cecilia, Nashwauk, and Mary Immaculate, Coleraine, reminded the congregation that Satan wants to beat down the warriors for life. He exhorted his listeners to remember that before David fought Goliath, he told Saul that the Lord is lord of the battle and the Lord was with him. In this fight for life it is necessary to stay close to the Lord and to persevere.
