This year’s 40 Days for Life Prayer Vigil began on Sept. 26. Your prayers and presence are requested to stand in front of the abortion clinic within the Building for Women, 32 E. First St., Duluth. MCCL bringing pro-life update to diocese

Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life’s last free educational presentation in the Diocese of Duluth will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 810 Fifth St., International Falls, on Friday, Oct. 6, at 7 p.m. Thorough information will be offered about abortion in Minnesota, Planned Parenthood, challenges to our law against assisted suicide, and legislative efforts to save lives. Pro-lifers need to be informed and focused on how they can continue to build a culture of life in Minnesota. Youth for Life

Fifth- and sixth-grade students attend Assumption Catholic School’s Youth for Life Club during their lunch and recess period. The children learn about the Gospel of Life, praying for life, and ways they can help build a culture of life.
