Together for Life is Jan. 25
The fourth annual Together for Life Banquet will be held Sunday, Jan. 25, at the Greysolon Ballroom, 231 E. Superior St., Duluth. Doors open at 4:30 p.m., with an opportunity to visit Culture of Life exhibitors and the “Wine and More Wall” exhibit. At 6 p.m., the dinner and program begin. Theme for the evening is “Life’s a Beach!” with keynote speaker comedian Dan Kulp. Following the presenter, there is a special presentation of the Father Crossman Culture of Life Award. Guiding Star Duluth, organizer of the “Together for Life” Banquet, is an affiliate of Guiding Star Project and is a nonprofit organization working to build cooperation through its community collaborative of organizations that provide for and support women and families in life-affirming ways. Northland agencies involved in pregnancy support, adoption services, post-abortive counseling, natural family planning, midwifery care, childbirth services, lactation consulting, perinatal hospice support or drop-in daycare have their fundraising and accessibility substantially increased in the community.
