Jn 10:10; Ps 9:12; Ps 34:16). The Human Life and Development Fund is the diocese's only direct social service outreach in northeastern Minnesota. It relies on donations for its success. As the principal grows, so do opportunities to help the most vulnerable in our society. Contributions can be made in a variety of ways. Staff support is available to help donors determine which giving method will achieve their charitable and financial goals.
