Fund administrators are sensitive to the varying levels of experience in writing grant proposals.     Grant Cycles The Fund operates on two grant cycles each year. All applications are submitted to the Human Life and Development Fund Committee for review and approval prior to submission to the Board of Directors for a final decision. • Cycle 1: Proposals must be received by January 1 and disbursements made no later than June 30. • Cycle 2: Proposals must be received by July 1 and disbursements made no later than December 31.
