Mission Statement:
To assist youth ministers and parishes in the Diocese of Duluth who, in their working with youth and young adults, seek the face of God as revealed to us in our Lord Jesus. We will consider the strengths and weaknesses of various programs and events; making recommendations and plans as to how we might, as a diocese, be more effective in evangelizing and catechizing young people.

Vision Statement:
We envision youth and young adults in the Diocese of Duluth who:

• Hunger to know Jesus, the Word made Flesh; growing closer to Him in prayer and Sacred Scripture.

• Love the Church and encounter Jesus in the sacraments, especially the Eucharist,… understanding ‘that to love the Church is to love Christ.’

• Know that they are called by God for service; eagerly seeking to hear His voice and follow.
