All youth participating in events sponsored by the Diocese of Duluth, their parish, or other parishes are required to complete a Parent Legal Permission Slip and Indemnity Agreement for EACH event. Note: All permission forms must be kept for six (6) years!

All adults (18 and older) participating or chaperoning at events sponsored byt the Diocese of Duluth, their parish or other parishes are required to read the Diocese of Duluth Sexual Misconduct Policy and complete the forms included in the policy. Adults must have a background check and complete the on-line training (see the "Safe Environment" link on the home page).
