Steubenville Conference Trip 2021
We are planning our 2021 mission trip!July 7-12, 2021*______Registration opened Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 10:00am. We invite those who will have completed 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade by July 2021 to join us for this six-day mission trip and Steubenville Conference. We will have fun at the Mall of America, have Mass and do service work at the shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in LaCrosse, WI*, then travel to Springfield, Missouri for the Steubenville St. Louis Mid-America 1 Conference (July 9-11). On our way home, we will have an amusing day at an amusement park. Deadline to register: Extended to Wednesday, March 24, 2021 (closed at 11:59pm). We have a Waiting List starting March 25. If there is an opening, we will contact your parent/guardian and get permission to fully register you. *Updated 5/12/21 and 6/30/21. The trip will begin one day later and go to the Mall of America and then La Crosse, WI the first day. Payment and Cancellation Policy: Cost: $750 (only $50 deposit due at registration. Ask your parish's youth ministry staff about fundraising opportunities). Please ONLY pay your $50 deposit during registration and choose the 2-part payment plan for the remaining amount. We would like to collect as little money as possible in case we need to cancel prior to June 22nd, the final payment deadline. If you are paying for part of the trip through your parish, please contact them about requesting a coupon code to add to your registration so the parish can be invoiced. Those with parish coupon codes will add them at the end of registration prior to payment. Coupon codes can be added by Annette Merritt after registration if needed. If not paying through your parish, payments will be collected automatically on May 29th and June 22nd.** **The first payment plan date was May 19th, but we are switching it to May 29th in case we need to lower the final cost due to our change in schedule. This trip is being tentatively planned. If it needs to be cancelled due to COVID-19, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund minus the $50 deposit.
