The Catholic Religious Education Endowment Fund of the Diocese of Duluth (CREED Fund)
Grants from CREED are available to institutions, individuals, and programs within the Diocese of Duluth which meet the Fund's criteria and whose applications are approved by the CREED Fund Board. Funding Areas 1. Catholic Schools: To be used for the education of Catholic school teachers and principals in faith formation and tuition assistance for families in need. How to Apply The CREED Fund is available to Diocese of Duluth Catholic schools, parishes, groups and individuals who work in ministry for the Church (i.e. youth minister, director of religious education, pastoral ministry, etc.) as well as priests and deacons and is to be used for continuing faith formation or Catholic school tuition assistance. Pastors wishing to apply to the CREED Fund must contact the Bishop of the Diocese of Duluth. Deacons wishing to apply to the CREED Fund must submit Form B1-Pre Application Form and complete Form H1-Policy and Procedure for Deacons. (See below) Please contact the CREED Fund for the other forms and procedures available in the following areas: Where to go from here: The first step for Catholic schools, parishes, groups and individuals is to complete Form B1-Pre-Application Form (see below) and submit as directed. The CREED Fund Chair will then review the pre application and the applicant will be contacted as to whether they may continue with the process. Complete a B1-Pre Application Form. Grant Cycles The CREED Fund has two cycles per fiscal year. Pre-Application Forms should be turned in at least two weeks prior to full application due dates to allow for the CREED Fund Chair to review.
