The Seminarian Endowment Fund of the Diocese of Duluth

The Seminarian Endowment Fund provides financial assistance for educational purposes to individuals who are enrolled in a formal course of study at a Catholic seminary leading to ordination into the priesthood for service in the Diocese of Duluth.

About the Fund

The Seminarian Endowment Fund was officially incorporated as a non-profit, religious organization in 2003.  It is governed by a corporate board of directors, with the Bishop of the Diocese of Duluth serving as President.  The financial statements of the Fund are audited each year by an independent auditor.  Grants are made once each year to the Vocations department of the Diocese of Duluth to fulfill the Fund's mission of assisting men in formation for the priesthood.

Gifts to the Fund are permanent in nature and will be held in perpetuity, with only the earnings used to support recruitment, education and training of diocesan seminarians.
